Core Responsibilities of a DirectCause Pro:
As the compassionate voice of the Foundations we represent, your role is crucial in generating resources. You will be responsible for:
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute high-volume calling campaigns to targeted donors and past supporters using our compliant Progressive Dialer system.
- Mission Communication: Clearly and compellingly communicate the Foundation's mission and urgent funding needs to secure financial support.
- Accurate Data Capture: Capturing accurate donation pledges and payment information while strictly following all security and compliance protocols.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintaining absolute adherence to all state and federal regulations, including the Colorado Charitable Solicitations Act.
Desired Qualifications of a DirectCause Pro:
Priority consideration will be given to candidates who are current or former First Responders, Veterans, or direct family members with deep knowledge of the Fire Service mission.
- Experience: Proven strong verbal communication skills and comfort with outbound phone calls. Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Integrity: Absolute commitment to professionalism, honesty, and transparency in all donor interactions is mandatory.
- Location: Must be a resident of Colorado (MANDATORY) for this specific campaign.
- Technical Setup: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment suitable for professional calls.
